Who we are
This website, www.sajag.space, is run by Infergent Labs Private Limited ("Infergent Labs", "we"), which makes Sajag. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data you send us through it.
This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the Sajag application, which is run for each customer organisation under its own agreement, or Infergent Labs' other websites.
What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you send it to us through the "Request a demo" form, and only to answer you.
- What you give us: your name, work email and organisation; and, if you choose, your role, phone number, the type of site, how many vehicles are inside at peak, and your message.
- Why: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a demo of Sajag.
When you send the form, our server also uses your IP address to limit how many times it can be sent from one address in an hour. This stops abuse. The IP address is kept only as a short-lived counter that is deleted automatically after one hour.
This website sets no cookies. We don't use analytics or advertising tools, and we don't track you across sites.
Your consent
We process the data you send through the form because you choose to send it and agree to this notice when you do. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@infergent.com; we will then stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect what we did with your data before you withdrew it.
Who receives it
The form's contents are sent by email to the Infergent Labs team that handles Sajag enquiries. The website itself doesn't store them in a database.
To do this we use service providers, who process the data only on our behalf:
- Resend, which delivers the form emails to our inbox;
- Upstash, which holds the one-hour counters used to limit repeated submissions;
- our website hosting provider and our email provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
- Your enquiry: while we are in discussion with you or your organisation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
- IP address counters: one hour.
After that we delete the data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it;
- resolve a complaint (grievance) about how we handled it.
You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so. To use any of these rights, write to hello@infergent.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us how we can confirm it's you.
If you are not satisfied with our answer to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The form is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please don't send us personal data through it.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the inbox that receives the form emails is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
